浅谈微观经济学课程改革

微观经济学课程是一门理论性与实践性都较强的课程。微观经济学侧重于基本概念、基本图形、基本理论的教授,使学生对市场运行机制的一般原理和规范行为等方面的内容有比较全面的了解。通过本课程的学习,可以使学生掌握微观经济学的基本原理,并培养经济学直觉,培养运用基本的微观经济学方法分析现实经济问题的能力。在实际教学过程中,要精心设计教学内容,丰富教学手段,注重理论与实践相结合,从而提高微观经济学的教学质量。     

地方高校旅游管理本科专业双语教学对策探究--以广东省肇庆学院为例

双语教学近些年备受重视,一直是众多高校教学改革的重点内容之一。以广东省肇庆学院为例,基于旅游管理本科专业的人才培养目标和未来行业需求,运用SWOT分析法,在对该院旅游管理专业双语教学发展进行全面分析基础上,提出从课程内容和教学设计、教师队伍建设、教材建设等多方面推动改革,以期探索一条适合地方高校开展旅游管理专业双语教学的道路。     

多个教学环节、多门课程互动的实践教学机制探索

社会工作及相关专业的本科教育中,集中或分散进行的实践教学如果没有形成统一的主题和形式,就难以达到调动学生积极性和主动性的效果。采用多门课程、多个教学环节互动的形式,在课程与教学环节之间进行衔接和协调,并使之机制化,可以有效地提高学生的社会调查研究实践水平。     

网络环境下高职会计课程设置与教学方法研究

如何提高高职会计学生学习的效率与效果,从而使之熟悉会计岗位工作,一直是会计职业教育研究的一个重要课题。互联网络环境下,出现了微课、慕课等教学形式,从而出现了与传统教学模式相反的“翻转课堂”新型教学模式。通过对高职会计课程设置、教师课堂教学重点及教学方法的合理设计,将有利于促进教学目标的实现。     

Social Issues and Media Sensationalism: The Effectiveness of Teaching Methods to Affect their Perceived Importance

This study assessed the perceived importance of various social issues and the effect that teaching methods have on business students' perceptions of those issues. Subjects in the test group were shown an educational video that explained how some social issues are reported inaccurately with extensive coverage, or sensationalized in the media, resulting in a moral panic. Other issues are not covered as extensively, but may have a more significant impact on business, society and the subject. The importance of five social issues was rated by students who had completed a course that covered business ethics and social responsibility content and those who had not taken the course yet.Results indicated that business ethics and social responsibility course content had no effect on perceived importance of social issues, but that viewing the video did. Subjects who viewed the educational video on social issues in the news media rated those issues receiving extensive coverage as lower in importance than those subjects who did not view the video. Also, subjects who viewed the educational video rated those issues not receiving extensive coverage as higher in importance than those subjects who did not view the video. Implications for business ethics and social responsibility educators are discussed.     

Case Studies of Ethics Scandals: Effects on Ethical Perceptions of Finance Students

Ethics instructors often use cases to help students understand ethics within a corporate context, but we need to know more about the impact a case-based pedagogy has on students’ ability to make ethical decisions. We used a pre- and post-test methodology to assess the effect of using cases to teach ethics in a finance course. We also wanted to determine whether recent corporate ethics scandals might have impacted students’ perceptions of the importance and prevalence of ethics in business, so we used in-depth case studies of several of the major scandals (e.g., Enron, Tyco, Adelphia). Our results are somewhat surprising since studying ethics scandals positively impacts students’ ethical decision making and their perceptions of the ethics of businesspeople.     

理清建设思路 培养物流人才——对无锡商职院物流管理专业建设的思考

无锡商业职业技术学院在物流管理专业人才培养方面进一步理清专业建设思路,探索符合职教特点的教学模式,理顺全方位、多层次的产学研合作机制,打造专兼结合的"双师型"师资队伍,构建以精品课程为核心的职业能力导向型课程体系,改革教学内容,强化实践教学,建成了现代物流人才培养的基地。     

基于MBP算法和深度学习的人脸识别

为了解决在深度学习提取人脸图像特征时,易忽略其局部结构特征和缺乏对其旋转不变性学习的问题,提出了一种基于单演局部二值模式(MBP)与深度学习相结合的高效率人脸识别方法。首先,用多尺度单演滤波器对图像进行滤波,得到幅值和方向信息;其次,用LBP算法和象限比特的方法进行编码,分块计算组合其直方图特征;然后,将提取的单演特征作为深度信念网络(DBN)的输入,逐层训练优化网络参数,得到优异的网络模型;最后,将训练好的DBN网络在ORL人脸数据库上进行人脸识别实验,进行识别率计算,其识别率为98.75%。所提出的方法使用无监督的贪婪算法,隐藏层设定为2层,使用反向传播算法优化网络。相较于已知的人脸识别方法,MBP+DBN算法对光照、表情和部分遮挡变化具有较好的鲁棒性,在人脸识别中识别率较高,具有一定的优势,为图像特征提供了一种新的识别方法。     

Gaps in tourism education and workforce needs: attracting and educating the right people

The intense development of the tourism industry requires a skilled and qualified workforce. It is important to attract the right candidates to the tourism education, and subsequently provide relevant education to prepare students for the industry after graduation. While work placements may be useful and important to some extent, they are not the ideal solution. Hence, alternative approaches such as simulations and flipped classrooms may be applied. To provide realistic expectations, a closer collaboration between industry operators and education providers is needed. Education providers should assume a more proactive role by inviting tourism operators and integrated them in the tourism education programmes as guest lecturers.     

项目教学法在《酒水调制与服务》课程中的运用与反思

《酒水调制与服务》课程实施项目教学法，能使学生既学习到实践技能和操作规范，又能在这一过程中理解与提升理论知识。教学中应该注重转变教师角色，突出学生主体性，注重情境的创设，组建有效的合作型学习小组，建立新型师生关系，并重视项目展示与评价，使学生获得学习的满足感和成就感，从而激发学生再学习的动力。同时，还应该重视提高教师的教育教学水平及实践能力，提高硬件建设水平。
